Lead Design Architect / Design Director

Exciting opportunity to work for a leading architectural and engineering consultancy on their expanding portfolio across the Middle East.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation or concept and competition designs and enhancing the design standards of the office for projects at different stages through ongoing mentoring and review of on in house and external professions.

Requirements

A degree in Architecture

Minimum 15-20 years post graduate experience

MUST have worked within internationally acclaimed architectural practices

A proven track record in preparing concept designs for large-scale architectural design projects - across commercial, mixed use, retail, education, healthcare, hospitality, and urban design and master planning sectors.

Able to deliver and manage complex projects and leading design teams.

Excellent client liaison skills

Able to manage multi-disciplinary teams and external sub-consultants.
