Job description / Role
Our client a leading regional engineering and architectural consultancy requires a Lead Quantity Surveyor for their thriving Kuwait Office.
The successful individual will manage a team of circa 8 people in the preparation and analysis of tender and contracts documents.
The successful individual must have pre-contract experience working in a similar role for an engineering consultancy, project management consultancy or a surveying firm
The successful individual should ideally be a UK/ Irish National

Requirements
To apply for the role you should meet most of the following criteria;
• Have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Surveying
• Have between 10 - 15 years relevant work experience
• MRICS preferred
• Have at least 3-5 years’ experience working for an engineering consultancy, project management consultancy or a surveying firm
• Must have significant pre-contract experience
• Be a UK / Irish National
• Previous Middle East experience preferred but not essential
