My client is a international retail company who works with some of the World's greatest brands. My client is looking for a Talent Manager to join a team based in Kuwait.

The Role
This is an excellent role to promote and develop talent in the company. You will be responsible for conducting talent reviews across the business and putting together workshops and training courses for these employees. This is an excellent role to work with high performers in the business and have a direct impact on these individuals.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience within;
Learning & Development, Training and Organizational Development. You will have exposure in supporting the business with L&D needs specifically for high performers.
