Job description / Role
The Logistics Manager is fully responsible for all logistic operation, as well store operation within multiple distribution centers, ensure efficient processing in all functions and departments and or division.
Responsible for managing processes involved in a supply chain and liaises with a variety of parties, including suppliers of materials, manufacturers, retailers and consumers. The Logistics Manager will manage the team of Logistics personnel as delegated by the Logistic & Private Market Manager to take in charge for all inbound and outbound logistics supplies, examine the order preparation, data entry orders for the inbound and outbound processing.
Requirements
• Preferably Bachelor Degree in Logistic or Supply Chain or any degree.
• With minimum 6 years of managerial experience in logistics, warehousing or distribution to include supervisory experience, a great advantage if the candidate has an experience in health care products and services.
• Good oral & written communication skills.
• Knowledge in understanding of inventory control, warehouse management, personnel management, sanitation, safety and inbound and outbound traffic control with strong interpersonal, verbal and Include multiple, and sometimes conflicting priorities and schedules, ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Computer skills including the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc) and standard logistic software’s, problem solving, negotiating, and decision making skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
