Employment: Full Time

A fantastic opportunity for a major FMCG organisation based in Kuwait. This role will lead and direct the Electrical/Utility Section and will be responsible for the Administrative, Supervisory and Technical work related to planning whilst directing daily activities of Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance staff. Responsible for cooling plant, compressed air, boilers, water plant, HVAC, electrical power outlets, lights, fire alarm system, elevators and UPS and generators. You will also update electrical drawings, documentation, P&I diagrams for the utilities and SCADA system and ensure that staff training and development is ongoing.

You will understand the executives' overall plan for the company whilst setting specific goals of the sections whilst ensuring service contracts are followed with the suppliers and activities are implemented into Maximo. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting for the section, setting KPI's and implementing LEAD in the utility section.

Requirements

With a Degree in Marine Engineering, you will be a strong leader with exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate a team whilst being responsible for making key decisions as you will be responsible for supervising utility and electrical technicians and supervisors. You will have a minimum of 10 years hands on experience in Electrical & Utilities.
