Our prestigious client is an internationally recognised professional services organisation. As the Office Administration Leader for their Kuwait location you will be responsible for the complete administrative support services under the direction of their Middle East HQ. You will be working as the right hand to the location Managing Partner to deliver outstanding services.
This is an integral role where the incumbent will interact daily with multiple internal and external stakeholders, implement policies and procedures. You will also handle HR requirements such as on-boarding and recruiting, assist finance and legal teams as required, also including office services and facilities management, office systems and IT. You will lead the office support team ensuring the administrative function of this office is in line with the organisations international vision ensuring the office meets the company’s objectives and business needs. In addition, you will be responsible for periodic reviews, forecasting office space requirements for future growth, vendor management and negotiation, as well as event management, internal newsletters and planning/management of the office budget.
This role holds immense responsibility, therefore the candidate must have a minimum of 7 years’ strong office management experience ideally within a multi-national company. The successful should have excellent business acumen and strong communication, organisational, planning and analytical skills. You should also be a problem solver who can multi-task and think outside the box and would like to join a leading and well-respected organization. Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English and Arabic is necessary. Only Kuwaiti Nationals will be considered for this role.
