Our newest opportunity is for a talented Office Attendant to join our award-winning team based in Kuwait. This position is responsible for providing support services to ensure our office runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

- Receives and distributes communications as appropriate, photocopying.
- Service conference rooms throughout the facility
- Service KEO lounges, pantries/kitchens throughout the facility
- Distribution of Internal post, faxes and documentation
- Assisting FM&A team with basic administrative and manual tasks
- Maintains office supplies
- Maintains consumable and, on occasion, other supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt and stocking items.
- Maintains equipment through preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; arranging repairs; monitoring equipment operation; monitoring service schedules.
- Provides general administration support and maintains office schedule by arranging pick-ups and deliveries.
- Provides back-up to reception staff, answering questions and forwarding messages.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 3-5 years' work experience in a similar role.
- High School degree or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to calculate simple figures.
- Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Holding Kuwait Driving Licence is a plus.
