Job description / Role
• Candidate is very familiar with pavement distress and pavement condition index procedures and analysis.
• Should be experienced in pavement and asset management systems and software.
• Able to analyze all kinds of failures and problems for different types of pavements and offer the right solutions.
• Provide and supervise pavement quality procedures,
• Provide training and mentoring, and conduct gap analysis on asphalt plants, laboratories, and equipment.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field)
• 15+ years of related field engineering experience
• Potential to perform in a lead capacity
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required
• Must also possess a thorough knowledge of current technology and be able to select and apply appropriate engineering software for use on project
