Planning Manager

Job description / Role

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and milestones.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate work plans, identify dependencies, and establish critical paths.
• Regularly update and communicate project schedules to relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with project teams to identify resource requirements and optimise resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress against established schedules and provide regular updates.
• Lead project control functions, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain project control systems to ensure effective project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project progress and identify potential risks.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports for stakeholders.
• Implement project control best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary:
SAR 30,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Planner / Project Controls Manager Proven experience as a Project Planner in airport construction projects.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience as a Project Control Manager in airport construction projects.
• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
