Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Responsible for and plans, organizes and manages the procurement process for all projects.
• Ensures that the procurement process is in adherence to company and client requirements, company policies and procedures to ensure successful delivery of project requirements.
• Send inquires and obtain quotations
• Follow up and meet subcontractors
• Prepare apple to apple comparisons and check adherence to the budget.
• Must possess excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Requirements

• University Qualifications: Bsc Civil or Architecture Engineering
• Current Location: Kuwait
• Language Fluency: English & Arabic
• Nationality Preference: Any
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: Microsoft outlook, excel, word, power point
• Specialist knowledge: Microsoft Excel
