Job description / Role
We're looking for a world-class Head of Product to join our team and shape the future of Bounce. You will lead the product management team and own the execution necessary to make the promise of Bounce a reality.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Fully own execution of Product Management for Bounce
• User Research alongside the Design & Product team
• Directly digest user needs by:
• Spending time with customers and design/copywriting experts to better understand how we can improve their experience/journey.
• Collaborating with customer success and sales team members to understand their product needs.
• Serve as a thought partner to other executives in delivering our high-level company objectives. In the next year, this will involve significant thinking on pricing, packaging, positioning, and go-to-market support.
• Working with CEO to 100% align on and iterate on the Product Roadmap
• Delivering Product Specifications & written requirements
• Launch Products (working with Marketing and all stakeholders)
• Performance, Metrics, and Improvements
• Product Backlog
• Scale and lead the Product Management (PM) Team
• Lead and coach your team to consistently hit OKRs and ship product
• Work cross-functionally as the voice-of-the-product within the organization, collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Operations
• Discover brand-new product opportunities

Role Requirements:
• 6-8 years in Product Manager building SaaS and tech products
• BA/BS degree in business, technology, or product fields
• Experience owning and shipping world-class SaaS products from end-to-end
• Strong people manager, having managed teams of 5+ members in the past
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and create insights to support product efforts
