Project Manager - Fit-Out - Kuwait
A Project Manager is required to manage an exciting large scale interior fit-out hospitality project based in Kuwait. This position comes with alot of opportunity to develop and progress. The company has been established for over 150 years, but the interior fit-out division has been established for under a year.
This has two major benefits
* Huge potential to progress; as the first tier of staff into the division the only way is up the
* As the main contracting arm of the business is so successful it means guaranteed large scale projects for the interiors division without even having to tender.
The division currently outweighs the majority of interior fit-out contractors in the UAE and it is just getting started.
This company is fantastic for a Project Manager who wants to grow and develop in their career in addition to being involved in huge iconic projects.
Requirements
* Should be degree educated in construction, management, interior design or architecture
* 8 years + experience delivering high end interior fit-out projects in a high pressured environment for either a main contractor or interior fit-out contractor
* Experience managing and leading multi-national teams
* Plan, direct, control and evaluate projects construction from start to end according to schedule, specifications and budget
* Approve and submit project current cost tracking reports.
* Approve subcontractor\'s contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with the engineer, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
* Manage project close out documents.
