Recruitment Manager - Kuwait

This role provides exposure to multiple MENA countries, multiple world-famous brands and the opportunity to manage a multi-cultural team. By joining this team you will drive international best-practice and constantly seek to improve and innovate through leading and coaching a team of Recruiters.

As of 2016, Alshaya's Recruitment Team was named the Best Talent Acquisition Team in the emerging MENA markets for two years running, and this is a title we are proud of. However, with over 3,000 existing stores and a strategic growth strategy across the region there is no time to stand still. With new malls opening in Egypt and Qatar, expansion across Saudi Arabia and stores in planning for UAE, Kuwait and more, we are looking for candidates that can handle fast-paced bulk recruitment.

Our recruitment initiatives are not limited to store level hires either. Your team will also hire Head Office support roles and senior brand positions; from Department Secretaries to Senior Operations Managers and Heads of Marketing. This diversity calls for a Manager that can shape and lead an effective team to deliver results.

Whichever brands you work with, you will be supported by fellow managers, recruiters of different career levels in different markets, our attraction & engagement team and our onboarding teams.

About the Division:
From strategic guidance to supporting the day-to-day needs of managers and employees, the Human Resources Division drives best practice across the Alshaya business. HR is segmented across generalist and specialist functions including HR services, recruitment and talent management. These are just some of the teams that support over 110 nationalities working across multiple brands and geographies. Our continued growth and expansion can only be achieved by recruiting, training and nurturing the best global talent. That's what we do.

Requirements

Your leadership and management skills will be essential to shape your team around the business needs and deliver a seamless, high quality service to all head office functions.

Within the wider recruitment team you will be supported by fellow managers, recruiters in different countries and standalone attraction & engagement and onboarding teams.
