Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Provide secretarial and administrative work for the head of a department or Office.
• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings & appointments
• Typing, preparing, and collating reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.

KWD 350 to 400 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.


• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
• Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Well-groomed and excellent attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 2 years experience as a secretary.
