Job description / Role
Role Profile:
Responsible for providing a visual deterrent against theft, damage & violence in Alshaya support centres and depots. Actively works towards reducing shrinkage & creating a safe and pleasant environment for employees
Role responsibilities:
CCTV Operator-Duty and Responsibility-Burj control room:
- Check/review all cameras to make sure that all the cameras are operational and focusing on right direction.
- Check all accessories ( Mouse, Keyboards, joysticks) to make sure all are in operational
- Check all CPU/Monitor/NVRs/DVRs are fully operational & recording with clear image, and also make sure that CCTV footage storage capacity more than one month from present date to backward.
- Check all the Health & Safety equipment ( into CCTV control room) are on right place and easy access to it, without any obstruction to use in case of any emergency
- Make sure that the CCTV room`s entrance/door fully close at all time to prevent unauthorized access.
- Check all emergency indignation lights, switches, panels are working
- Continuously monitor to all high risks areas (such as all entrances/exit Safes located area, Cash office, stores etc.
- Report anything is not working, anything unusual, suspicious, anything occur against SOP to supervisor immediately
- Note:- CCTV operators are not allowed to authorize any one to enter in CCTV room or provide any information, without inform & confirm by LPS operators are not allow to leave the CCTV room.
CCTV Operator-Duty and Responsibility-Parking control room, Controller-1:
- Check/review all cameras to make sure that all the cameras are operational and focusing to the right direction.
- Check all accessories ( Mouse, Keyboards, joysticks) to make sure all are in operational
- Check all CPU/Monitor/NVRs/DVRs are fully operational & recording with clear images, and also make sure that CCTV footage storage capacity are more than a month from present date to backward.
- Check all the Health & Safety equipment ( into CCTV control room) are on right place and easy access to it, without any obstruction to use in case of any emergency
- Make sure that the CCTV room`s entrance/door fully close at all time to prevent unauthorized access.
- Check all emergency indignation lights, switches, panels are working good
- Continuously monitor to all the parking entrance/exits, roads around Burj. all parking area, staffs parking, Family parking, guest/visitor etc.
- Report anything is not working, anything unusual, suspicious, incident, accident anything occur against SOP to supervisor/control room immediately
- Note:- CCTV operators are not allowed to authorize any one to enter in CCTV room or provide any information, without inform & confirm by LPS operators are not allow to leave the CCTV room.
Basement & stores:
- Make sure that the connection bay ( between Burj & parking) door close at all time
- Make sure that the visitors, Guest, supplier, contractors, cleaners don`t enter/exit through that gate, they are allowed to enter & exit into the Burj through main entrance only
- Search every bags, tool box, trash bag/bin goes out or in to make sure that incoming things are safe and secure, And outgoing as per SOP
- Regularly carry out patrols to prevent attempts of theft/vandalism/damage.
- Report all incident and accident that occur in operation, ensuring to provide factual information
- Constantly monitor the post area to make sure everything is safe and secure, if find anything suspicious, risks, thieves etc. immediately report it by radio to LPS/Control room and continue if secure
- Check and make sure that all emergency fire exit root are clear and firefighting equips are on place and good condition understand emergency evacuation procedure.
- Only authorized people can access to that area (Alshaya Staff/Four Season Staff/Family-Friend Alshaya Staff).
Tower Patrol-Inside every floor-day & night:
- Check each and every floor ( such as IT server room, Electrical room, filling room, staircases, fire safety equipment ( fire hose reel, extinguishers etc.), access control system, kitchen/pantry/staff canteen, meeting room etc. to make sure that everything is secured and safe.
- Regularly carry out patrols to prevent attempts of theft/vandalism/damage.
- Report all incident and accident that occur in operation, ensuring to provide factual information
- Check and make sure that all emergency fire exit rout are clear and firefighting equips are on place and good condition understand emergency evacuation procedure.
- Check all risk area, such as all entrances/exits/roof access, Data Center, Store`s safe room, cash office, executive floor etc.
- Constantly monitor the post area to make sure everything is safe and secure, if find anything suspicious, risks, thieves etc. immediately report it by radio to LPS/Control room and continue if secure.
Requirements
Loading bay area traffic controller-Outside:
- Clear all area, no one park, block around the entrance or entrance of loading bay-Four Season, main power house area, always make sure that the areas are completely free of traffic jam, and power house entrance are clear and easy access into it in case of any emergency.
- Assist visitors, guest where to park and where to go.
- Assist in apprehension/detention of thieves/vandal
- Report all incident and accident that occur in operation, ensuring to provide factual information, in the area of responsibility.
- Monitor access to office entrance and parking areas
- Manage fire evacuation processes and understand emergency evacuation procedure.
- Constantly monitor the post area to make sure everything is safe and secure, if find anything suspicious, risks, thieves etc. immediately report it by radio to LPS/Control room and continue if secure.
Mezzanine -1st Floor-Guard:
- Monitor to all out comer such as supplier/contractors/store staffs to cash offices to make sure that they are not roaming around, and they leave the area once they finish
- Monitor to supplier, DHL, TNT, Aramex, Pusta Plus, Skynet, Gulf express, Fedex, UPS etc. make sure they deliver/pick up and leave, not roaming around in office area.
- Regularly carry out patrols to prevent attempts of theft/vandalism/damage.
- Report all incident and accident that occur in operation, ensuring to provide factual information
- Inspect and report against non-compliance or company procedure breaches within the office
- Manage fire alarm, understand the process for when this activates, make sure all firefighting equipment are on floor and easy access to it
- Reports to LPS/control room anything unusual, breaches company policies, suspicious, thieves, risks etc. immediately.
Ground floor-Reception, main entrance:
- Great to people with cheerfully, assist them, what they need? Where they want to go?
- Monitor to supplier, DHL, TNT, Aramex, Pusta Plus, Skynet, Gulf express, Fedex, UPS etc. make sure they deliver/pick up and leave, not roaming around in office area.
- Regularly carry out patrols to prevent attempts of thieves /vandalism /damage.
- Report all incident and accident that occur in operation, ensuring to provide factual information
- Inspect and report against non-compliance or company procedure breaches within the office
- Manage fire alarm, understand the process for when this activates, make sure all firefighting equipment are on place and easy access to it
