Employment: Full Time

The role of the senior marketing manager - digital is to grow and improve the marketing function within the business by contemporising the current marketing strategy by bringing new and innovative digital methods to drive footfall to the commercial properties (malls) and grow the B2B relationships with new retailers. The marketing strategist will partner with the existing marketing team and work to up-skill them in terms on digital best practices.

Description
Reporting to the COO , the Senior Manager Marketing - Digital, will be primarily responsible for the following:

- Improving the ideation, implementation and measurement of best in class marketing campaigns
- Developing the existing marketing teams and up-skilling them on latest best practice, particularly around digital
- Leverage an already strong market reputation to drive engagement, foster loyalty and increase occupancy and sales
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and improve ROI from marketing spend.
- Contemporise the marketing function and position the company as an innovator in their industry

Requirements

You will be an experienced digital marketing manager who has a track record of running successful digital campaigns. As a person, you will be humble capable and adaptable and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. You will also meet the below criteria:

- At least 7 years experience in marketing preferably within the retail space
- Strong skill set in Social, Search and Display across paid, owned and earned channels
- Middle East experience is a must
- Preference for candidates who have a strong skill set in digital and social marketing
- Arabic-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
