A leading retail group based in Kuwait is currently seeking a senior online Manager reporting into the Head of Online Marketing. This person will Develop and execute online multichannel CRM strategies, through deployment of email, SMS, MMS and other channels marketing campaigns, online loyalty alignment and online clientele initiatives. As a senior online manager, you will design and define CRM customer journeys driving customer lifetime value through the development of triggered and manual campaigns.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for online RFM and customer lifestyle segmentations and cohort analysis, to devise strategies that drive additional visits and spend, additional cohort conversion curve performance and overall customer lifetime value.
* Responsible for the design of online CRM journeys including welcome, activation, second-purchase, reactivation campaigns.
* Works closely with the company brands, other business areas like CMC CRM teams to align strategies and execution plans of CRM initiatives in the definition of online and omnichannel CRM customer journeys.
* Experience in real-time CRM techniques such as multichannel audience discovery and targeting (ADT).
* Responsible for ESP technology and vendor management and strategy for email, SMS or other channel campaigns, works alongside online trade management teams and online trade calendars to define CRM campaigns and newsletters briefs and execution.
* Responsible for retention budgets and retention KPIs including lead conversion, repeat purchase, customer activity (prospects, lapse and dormant activation), customer attrition.
* Expert in perspective-marketing CRM marketing customer cycles and AB testing and optimization.
* Responsible for the integration and coordination of corporate and brand loyalty schemes online.
* Responsible for managing vendor platform for Shopping Cart Abandonment (SCA) retargeting defining the strategy, approach and delivering ongoing optimization.
* Responsible for clientele strategies online, and definition of clientele omnichannel journeys in collaboration with retail store operations.
* Leads and manages online CRM teams establishing world-class practices on digital CRM models.

Requirements

* 8-10 year in eCommerce CRM marketing, working on retention marketing, digital CRM / loyalty programs, with database sizes of 1M+ members / leads / customer.
* Ideal candidate comes from eCommerce business models such as flash-sales, daily deals, penny-auctions, push-commerce or mobile local-commerce.
* 6-8 years managing eCommerce CRM teams with retention budget responsibilities
* Must have a deep understanding of how to use retention marketing to drive a business, how to prepare for and react to change and how to provide leadership with information and recommendations needed to make smart, fast decisions
* Professional profile: Analytical and numbers driven, has a strong commercial acumen
