What you'll be doing
• Service Excellence
• Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
Standard Operating Procedures
• Knowledge of established standard operating procedures (SOP) and ability to design, implement and evaluate standard operating procedures affecting daily and strategic business operations in order to increase operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Technical - CRM
Customer Experience Management
• Knowledge of and ability to implement the strategies and techniques used to ensure that customers have a positive experience with the organization's products and services at every touch point.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Knowledge of CRM concepts and strategies, and the ability to design, implement and execute CRM business processes and associated applications.
Technical - Information Technology
• Design Thinking
• Knowledge of the concepts, principles, and processes of design thinking; ability to utilize the knowledge in designing new products and services and even improving organizational operation.
Technical - Marketing
• Business Development
• Knowledge of business development tools, techniques and approaches; ability to explore and develop potential areas of business growth for the organization.
Technical - Sales
• Product Development Strategy
• Knowledge of the principles and practices for designing product development strategy; ability to design and implement a product development strategy within the organization.
