Employment: Full Time

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Store Management/Handling Duties

- Manage the daily operations of the store.
- Managing sales and sales targets, expenses, profits, assets and budget of the store which is given to him
- Formulates pricing policies on merchandise according to requirements for profitability of store operations, and follow according to the unified pricing structure .
- Manage all aspects of the showroom to ensure high standards in the layout, merchandise display, housekeeping, advertising, sales promotions and product information to convey the desired image the Company.
- Supervises employees engaged in sales work, taking of inventories, reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping operating records, or preparing daily record of transactions, or performs work of subordinates, as needed.
- Encouraging managers and supervisors to make suggestions to improve product performance to drive brand achievements.
- Monitor sales process (aspects such as initial customer contact and reception, clarification of need, identification of prospect, follow-up on initial contact, final closure of sale and quality of sales documentation) to ensure quality in the entire process.
- Responsible for all the assets in the store such as (goods inventory, computers and equipments, machinery and paint machines)

2. Customer Service Duties
- Ensuring all customers are receiving a high level of customer service consistent with the brand.
- Servicing the needs of existing customers
- Controlling customer feedback, customer's complaints or inquiries and market research
- Interact regularly with the existing as well as prospective customer to establish healthy and profitable relationships and also to find out their present and future demand to be able to meet them in time.
- To follow up with maintenance in making sure that the customers goods has been delivered and installed on time properly plus to make sure that the maintenance has completed the requested work with a complete customer satisfaction.

3. Operational Duties
- Responsible for associate acceptable and standard level of development, merchandising, inventory control, health and safety and loss prevention in order to promote sales and meet profit goals.
- To follow up meetings and getting updated with the warehouse new incoming and outgoing goods, and to be aware of the availability of all the new goods in coordinating with the purchase processing.
- To make sure that the daily showroom replenishment has been done properly according to the store flow of goods.
- To make the procedure requirement and new good demands for the store, and visit other competitor stores in the market.
- To Visit the required Shows by coordinating with the GM and to update with new products and select what might be good for the store. Also to nominate any supervisor to visit the show to select the required new goods.
- Monitor Perfect Delivery Inspection process and Demos.
- Setup a periodical weekly inquiry with the purchase in charge/concerned in assurance that the store new items requirements has been fulfilled and their requirements has been purchased, confirmed and followed up with the purchase process to know the expected date of arrival.
- Setting up monthly meetings with other departments such as warehouse, maintenance and the purchase processing in giving the required goods.
- To be responsible in reporting and following up with the instructions that are given to the logistic manager for the safety of the showroom and the showroom maintenance requirements such as (electrical, light, ACs, electrical boards and paint, ….. etc) to make sure that it is done on time until the work is finished.
- Communicate sales plan and targets to the sales team and provide them with sufficient training inputs, guidance and motivation to achieve targets successfully.

4. Administrative Duties
- Managing human resources of the store and Ensuring correct staffing levels at all times in coordination with the HR Department.
- Plans and prepares work schedules and assign employees to specific duties.
- Ensures compliance of employees with established security, sales, and recordkeeping procedures and practices.
- To head daily meetings with the staff.
- Give the required guidance and solve any issue related to the store or its operations.
- Will be reporting directly to the GM where all the store staff such as (supervisors, helpers, sales, cashiers) will be reporting to the store manager.
- To insure that policies, procedures, guidelines and legislation with the retail business guidelines
- To insure the safety and security of people in the store, stock and property throughout the store in accordance with the ACE guidelines. And to make sure that the store keys and the security doors are all set according to the procedure.
- Driving team performance.
- Responsible about staff training in coordination with the training department.
- Insuring that the store adhere the company policies and procedures within their operational activities.
