About The Role

We are looking for a talented tailor to join our team in Harvey Nichols - Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. The role of the tailor will be to advise customers on shaping and altering items to suit their preferences / tastes, carrying out the necessary repairs as per customer specifications and delivering the goods on time with a view to offer excellent customer service while enhancing company's image & business and solicit the continued patronage of key customers.

Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Advise customers on the options available to help shape/ alter the items to suit their requirements/ preferences/ tastes to enable them to make informed decisions on their purchases
- Offer customer service of the highest quality by carrying out alterations to clothes as per the specifications given by customers and deliver the goods on time, so as to enable them to enjoy a personalized service and a happy shopping experience.

Requirements

About You

You have a passion for retail and ability to priorities and organize own work in order to make the most efficient use of time available. You are driven to exceed goals and possess a desire to improve ways of working. You have interest in luxury fashion.

To be successful in this role, you have the following:

- Minimum High School Certification or certificate in tailoring.
- Minimum 2-3 years of Tailoring experience in luxury Fashion.
- Ability to read, write and speak in English.
