Job description / Role
Responsibilities:
• Manage the talent acquisition function and implement the talent acquisition strategy
• Coordinate with the hiring managers to understand the skill-set required, create a job description, develop a recruitment plan and execute it
• Manage the operational recruitment process ensuring up-to-date information is available and provided via effective reporting and analytics.
• Recruit, select and manage the Talent Acquisition team.
• Advise the business on sourcing strategies to meet predicted future skills needs, general work force planning needs, and deliver timely fulfillment of current vacancies.
• Works to build the capability of the Talent Acquisition team members to ensure consistently high service levels and a strategic approach to TA for the business.
• Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc
• Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regard to talent development or retention.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Considerable experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles including ideally both agency and in-house roles, including recruiting across multiple disciplines and countries.
• Experience recruiting for executive, specialist and/or senior management roles.
• Experience leveraging strong understanding of short and long-term business priorities to develop proactive talent acquisition strategies.
• Leadership experience within talent acquisition, with a focus on coaching and developing team members
• Degree qualification in Human Resources, Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in quality recruitment with high success ratio
