Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

- Maintains and updates employee database.
- Ensures employee files are maintained, updated and kept confidential.
- Process day-to-day Talent & Culture administration in an accurate and timely manner.
- Create and update employee data record in system.
- Prepare various letters and communication to employees.
- Assist the Government Relations Officer, Accommodation Manager, Staff Cafeteria and Driver Supervisor with their secretarial tasks if required.
- In charge of the daily, weekly and monthly attendance of all HR employees.
- Manage resignation and clearance procedures.
- Coordinate with the hiring managers on the recruitment of Rank & File employees based on approval by the divisional head and General Manager, following established standards, policies and procedures.
- Handling the health card for the concerned departments.
- Booking and assisting staff with the annual tickets.
- To promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills.
- To generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations.
- To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.
- To demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment.
- To adhere to Company and Hotel rules and regulations at all times.
- Is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility.

Requirements

Qualifications

- Diploma in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management
- Good command of English and one other language used by majority of staff.
- Minimum Two years' experience in 5 Star Hotels.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
