Pinkberry's a uniquely refreshing combination of tastes and textures, harmonizing distinctive flavours that create the pinkberry signature yogurt.

We are currently looking for a passionate, energetic,customer focused Training Manager.

• Work closely with management in assessing training/development requirements & consult with the customer in order to manage expectations & consistently manage company standards.
• Develop content of programmes to meet the needs of the Department.
• Deliver development training & support the roll out of programmes. Make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage the quality of activities & presentations of Training team & coach team to ensure high standard of training delivery.
• Evaluate & monitor effectiveness of core training. Measure evaluation of training delivery. Provide reports to substantiate professional standards are maintained.
• Ensure delivery of all training is within the training budget and maximizes cost effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years operational experience within QRS, major international food chains.
• Experience as an Outlet Manager level for min of 18 months.
• Experience of Standard Operating Orocedures.
• International experience Middle East or Asia.
• Hospitality management degree a plus
• Multilingual, Arabic an advantage.
• Group training certificate, other certified training an advantage
• Good communicator
• Excellent Microsoft Word / Excel skills
