VP - Investment Banking

We are looking for a VP - Investment Banking. Our client is a well reputable Asset Management and Investment Banking firm in Kuwait.

Job Overview:
To develop and plan the processes for the Financial Advisor Services (FAS) function and implement the same with the aim of strengthening the business, improving the quality and range of services offered and enhancing the client base in order to become the leading Investment Banking practice in the market. To effectively and efficiently manage transactions and meet client needs.

Requirements

- 10+ years’ experience
- More importantly the candidate should have 5+ years in Cross-border M&A
- University degree in a business oriented discipline, preferably followed by an MBA in Finance or a professional qualification in Finance such as ACA / CPA /CFA / CFM / CMA
- Open to all nationalities
