Cost Control Manager

Job description / Role

My client is a leading international contractor who work on major construction projects all over the world and have an excellent reputation. They are currently working on a major civils project in Riga, latvia and are looking to recruit an experienced cost control manager. The role will be responsible for managing the project budget, analysing and forecasting costs, and ensuring that the project is completed within the allocated budget;

• Develop and maintain a project budget:
• Monitor project costs:
• Implement cost control measures:
• Prepare financial reports
• Analyse project risks:
• Coordinate with project team:

Candidate should have a bachelors degree in engineering, construction management or some form of financial management and should be able to demonstrate a successful career working for a contracting organisation as a cost control manager or similar financial position that includes cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis
