Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. The Customer Support Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and assistance. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize incoming customer support requests via email, phone, and chat
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalations
- Create and maintain customer support documentation and resources
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall customer support experience
- Assist in training and onboarding new customer support team members
- Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

- Proven experience in a customer support or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Experience using customer support software and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment is a plus
