Job Description & Summary
In this role, as a key member of Deals Finance team, you'll report predominantly to the Finance Lead working alongside the team as the Operation in providing data relating to the BU when needed. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day support and administration required within the delivery of Accounts Receivables and Jobs management and performing accounting work according to PwC Approved accounting principles, established procedures, departmental guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Role Responsibilities
As a Deals Finance Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Monitor and review net investment with the Partner(s) across the portfolio monthly
- Analyze and report (vs budget) project revenue across territories for each Partner and Business Unit (BU)
- Maintain billing, provisions and adjustments as necessary and to contract/policy
- Maintain a dialogue with the Finance team in order to reconcile and verify reported data
- Maintain accurate records of backlog, reconcile and report to Finance monthly
- Reconcile the backlog against actual data after each rollover
- Enter own time and expenses in accordance with firm's policy and monitor BU staff/Partner performance
- Report any issues to the relevant Partners related to backlogs and potential consequences
- Assist with the creation of annual budgets for the BU, together with regular forecasts and reviews.
- Monitor net investment and report issues and risks accordingly
- Monitor older debts and ensure that relevant Partners are aware of unpaid debts and potential/actual provisions
- Ensure that there is activity to chase overdue debts
- Prepare standardized reports or summaries, and other documentation required for the function and as directed by the Team Leader
- Act as a key resource and liaison to other functional areas, building cross-functional relationships as needed

- Hands on experience within an Accounting or Finance background or environment
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Excellent level of accuracy to a high level of detail
- Capable to analyze Data using MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Good organization and office management skills to ensure coverage of workload
- Team player
- Strong liaison skills, with the ability to maintain geographical relationships
- Ability to think proactively and respond to queries within a timely manner to ensure all tasks are completed within the due date
- Ability to effectively communicate with others including senior leadership
