Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

You will work closely with key stakeholders to form trusted partnerships thus advising, developing and implementing best practice on HR services, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards to implement the regional HR Strategy in the assigned geography.

* Lead HR function in the assigned region, working closely with the HR teams and Regional and Country HR leaders.
* Lead & influence the implementation of compliant HR processes, local programs and competitive policies in market as aligned with Business Leaders and HR Business partners.
* Provide support to business leaders across sectors, with a focus on Coaching & Mentoring, Employee Engagement, and Talent Development.
* Lead the design and roll out of local specific programs such as localization and relocations, also support specific projects as legal entities establishment, budgeting, continuity plans and employer branding.
* Ensure compliance with employment/labor relations regulations within region working hand in hand with Global Services where necessary including relationships with manpower supply companies.
* Work closely with HR services teams, Talent acquisition teams and Total Rewards to ensure that there is a high level of service delivery model in the countries
* Support the roll out of Health & Wellness programs
* Create cultural discipline to ensure global deployment of core processes and program across the country.
* Develop workforce plan for the country and develop country talent strategy in partnership with stakeholders to grow diverse leadership talent.
* Perform resource / competency analysis to identify workforce demand & Supply and partner with Talent Acquisition Manager to fill all required needs.
* Develop and maintain employer-employee relationship that contributes to progressive productivity, motivation and morale.
* Provides advice on performance and related issues and coaches leaders through the performance improvement processes
* Provide reporting capabilities to the organization including analytic requirements and development, standard and ad-hoc reporting support and development, through establishing the data models, standard definitions.

Requirements

* Trilingual - Arabic, French & English is a MUST
* Minimum Bachelor degree with a minimum 8 years of HR business partnership role, 3 years in a managerial role
* Have strong working knowledge of the key HR disciplines, as well as possessing a strategic business orientation and strong analytical thinking.
* You will be required to have experience in shaping and leading an integrated talent strategy based on labor market dynamics and business requirements is vital. Coaching and consulting skills are required in order to effectively partner with and influence the key stakeholders of this position.
* Enterprise mindset, organizational savvy, strong collaboration skills, maturity of judgment, and personal resilience are also critical requirements in the context of our dynamic and challenging environment.
