Role Summary:

The HR Intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources. You will work closely with our HR team to support the day-to-day HR operations, learn about HR processes, and contribute to various HR initiatives. This internship is designed to provide you with a valuable learning experience in the field of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:
* Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
* Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
* Participate in the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Relations:
* Assist in organizing and participating in employee engagement activities.
* Contribute to HR communications and newsletters.

Training and Development:
* Support the organization and coordination of training programs and workshops.
* Assist in tracking employee training and development progress.
* Collaborate with HR team to identify training needs.

Special Projects:
* Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
* Contribute to the implementation of several HR projects (support, communication, methodology, etc.).
* Conduct research and data analysis for HR-related tasks.
* Assist in preparing HR-related documents and administrative support.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or any other related field

Requirements:
* Understanding of HR Processes and Best Practices
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced HR environment.
* Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
* Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative concepts.
* Flexibility and adaptability to evolve with changing HR needs and priorities.
