Job Description & Summary
A career within Operations, will provide the opportunity to support our engagement teams and clients operationally by providing advice on accounting, financial reporting, and strategic business issues. In joining, you'll help ensure a complete and relevant exchange of information among our consultants and in turn with engagement teams and clients, provide experts advice on a variety of specific topics, support engagement teams in resolving complex issues, and supporting clients and their subsidiaries in evaluating the potential impact of accounting and reporting standard setting initiatives. You'll develop strong relationships with our engagement teams and enhance our ability to meet greater investor expectations with the challenges of an increasingly complex business environment.

As a part of our team, you'll help assist engagement teams in the areas of resource management, learning and development, human capital, reporting, technology and innovation, and quality and compliance.

PwC is hiring a Junior Knowledge Management Specialist in Lebanon within the EMEA Tax and Legal Knowledge Management team.

This person's main role will be to offer operational and administrative support for the training programs provided to Knowledge Specialists and Tax and Legal Practitioners.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the driver of the training activities with operational and administrative tasks such as the organization of internal events and communications, maintaining and updating the content of the training.
- Update the training materials
- Follow up on feedback from the participants
- Provide statistics on training activities
- Maintain open communication and effective collaboration with team members and supervisors to enable continuous performance of projects

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (communication, social sciences, international relations, training, learning and development, etc.)
- Logical and analytical, with a strong attention to detail
- Strong focus on quality
- Self-starter, able to work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Learning agility with the ability to adapt
- Proves curiosity and shows a professional attitude and behaviour
- Fluency in English is a must (speaking, writing and reading)
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (M365 is a plus)
- Knowledge of Google Suite enterprise applications such as Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets (but not mandatory)
- Data Visualization tools is a plus experience in Knowledge Management is not required as training will be provided.
