Job description / Role
The Junior HRMS Specialist is responsible for providing effective and efficient execution of integrated
HR applications and systems programming and technical support.
Key Accountabilities:
Assist in gathering information and identifying gaps to define the requirements needed to provide solutions which are aligned to best practices
Develop and document solutions to standardize, automate and satisfy HR requirements to effectively meet business needs
Support existing users both onsite and remotely on the optimal use of the system and related processes
Test system components to maintain its performance and security and provide recommendations on enhancements
Requirements
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent cer tifi cate (OCA / OCP – preferred)
0 to 2 years of experience in a related fi eld
Experience in Oracle (Forms/Report, PLSQL), SQL Server is a plus
Fluency in English
