Job description / Role
- Collect and research information on learning and development activities, providers and other as requested by the hierarchy
- Assist the hierarchy in conducting training needs assessments
- Administer employees performance and development programs in coordination with Performance Management Department, as well as provide line managers with the necessary support on the matter
- Prepare and deliver non-managerial training courses in line with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and in compliance with the company guidelines
- Conduct shop and back-office orientation programs as well as Group Orientation in order to ensure an effective induction of new employees in addition to a proper transmission of the company values and culture
- Foster brand awareness and customer service among staff through targeted training sessions and development programs
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration or equivalent technical degree (TS)
- 1 year of experience in a similar field; Retail training experience is a major plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English
