Lead Technical Consultant

Job description / Role

The Lead Technical Consultant must have performed technical lead role with at least 4 years of lead experience & 10 years of total experience in development/implementation or support/maintenance in T24 product or fine tuning COB / Online Performance and engage with the bank’s technical team in performance analysis / server level discussions.

Knowledge of T24 TCServer configuration and management, Interfacing T24 with other applications, T24 file management, jBASE Programming, jBASE system administration will be pre-requisite.

Basic Knowledge of Business streams & concepts will be a pre requisite.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with the Client in workshops / discussions on interfacing T24 with other applications
- COB / Online performance analysis, tunings and Engagement with the Bank’s Technical team in performance analysis / server level discussions
- Ability to assess the scale of the development work being undertaken & size it in terms of man days with the assistance of the LTA
- Ability to prepare / review Technical Specification / Design documents with coverage of end to end functionalities for the development under scope
- Ability to provide consulting in technical solutions
- Ability to do developer level testing to ensure that the development is in accordance to requirement & meets coding standards
- Practical development and technical experience of at least 2 years on Globus application development like Enquiries, Versions, Routines, End of Day processing, Reports, OFS,
- Banking domain knowledge and exposure to data migration, upgrades and new T24 implementation projects will be an added advantage.
- Practical work experience on Interface development like SWIFT will also be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in T24 Customization, T24 Interface Development, T24 Pack Installation, Build Control Installation
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and extract the requisite information by engaging well with the client
- Should be a good Team Player & self-sufficient individual who can act independently and in multiple roles within a team
