Employment: Full Time

The Maintenance engineer is responsible for maintaining and repairing the heavy machinery, plant equipment, tools and systems used in manufacturing, engineering, and other industrial production processes.

The Maintenance Engineer play a key role in ensuring that the mechanical systems and equipment in the industrial environments function efficiently.

A day in the life of

- Ensuring the full compliancy of Engineering in both factories
- Minimizing the breakdown of the machinery by increasing preventive maintenance
- Following up to implement preventive maintenance programs
- Implementing NCE throughout the maintenance organization
- Following up on the CAPEX project in both factories
- Cooperating with the SHE team to ensure full compliancy of the machinery safety standards
- Working to establish a skill matrix for the maintenance team
- Implementing the training plan of the maintenance team
- Following up on energy consumption and establishing the necessary project to reduce it
- Cooperating with the production team

Requirements

What will make you successful

- BS or equivalent in Engineering
- 2 and plus years relevant experience
- Bilingual (Arabic / English)
- Good Computer Skills
- Good Analytical Skills
- Project management is a plus
- Strong personal and professional organizational skills and time management
- Good understanding of Machinery Safety
- Ability to work under pressure
