Job description / Role
Currently looking to recruit a Project Director on behalf of my clients organization to be based in Beirut. The successful applicant will be reporting into the Senior Director - PM and will be responsible for either a single large complex project or a portfolio of projects. A key part of the role will be for the Project Director to advance the companies knowledge, understanding and experience of all construction related matters.
Requirements
To be considered for the role you must have experience of working for a developer / client and have at least 15 years experience at project management level. My client is looking for someone who also has a proven track record of successfully delivering a series of large and complex projects and a proven ability ability to manage budgets and forecast expenditure.
