POSITION SUMMARY

You will have a crucial role in supporting the sales team in achieving their sales and collection targets by continuously providing the team with the required reports and documents, Also you are required to ensure monthly transaction efficiency. This role would suit someone who enjoys managing multiple stakeholders, a busy workload, and is able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
A DAY IN THE LIFE ...
- Support management and sales team during the ICP process, Monthly Business Planning Cycle, and during Top management visits
- Support the preparation of monthly Sales Targets by Salesmen and calculation of Sales force incentive payout
- New customer creation on SAP along with legal papers control, credit limits setting and risk category revision
- Collection List for sales representatives, filing and archiving of invoice receipts and credit notes
- Provide all required Sales Performance reports as needed. (Daily/Weekly/Monthly). Sales by Brand / SKU / Channel / Customer.
- Planning and Committing TTS and Del.PFME budgets on CRM.
- Responsible to Track and ensure activities are planned and executed and closed on CRM as per the best practice.
Requirements

- University Degree in Marketing /Business or any related
- 2-4 years solid Trade Marketing or sales experience in a multinational company
- Strong analytical skills
- Service Oriented, organized with robust problem solving and influencing skills
- Solid communication, and presentation skills
