Senior E-Commerce Business Analyst

Job description / Role

- Meet or communicate with the various stakeholders, to gather requirements and identify and project goals.
- Design and document the current and future processes.
- Negotiate and align the project outcome, with various stakeholders.
- Draw functional specifications document (DSS) containing the various data handling/migration rules, the various business rules, and hold meetings/sessions, with the technical teams to clarify and align with them on the project.
- Follow up on the project milestones, and provide visibility to the various stakeholders, in relation to the progress and tasks requirements of every stakeholder.
- Test and audit the deliverables quality.
- Follow up and coordinate with the various stakeholder, on the solution deployment and rollout.

Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Computer, Computer Science, or Business Management
- 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of SQL querying.
- Good knowledge in business process management, and solid skills in using visual process representation solutions (VISIO, MindMap, etc...)
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office. Advanced in MS Excel
