Shopper Marketing Specialist - Levant & Iraq

Develop and implement customer/channel specific category plans based on category and shopper insights to grow market share within category

JOB SUMMARY

Define & Execute category planning through developing quarterly and monthly category plans for:

• Assortment
• In Store Activations
• category management
• Set Perfect Store KPIs as Per Shopper Mission

• Define BBIS solutions For Driving Market Development And Category Segmentation
• Support the annual account Joint Business Planning process through data analysis and opportunity identification tailored made by customer
• Support new product introduction from On Shelf & Off Shelf Plans
• Run customer specific category management projects
• Use and leverage account specific category and shopper insights
• Lead Updating related Category TCPs along with Customer Audit & Step for set Categories
• Derive Differentiated Customer Marketing Plans by Channel and Customer as per the Brands JBTD & shopper missions
• Ensure product availability and visibility
• Measure and review category performance
• Provide support to account manager in monitoring and analyzing retail margins, OSA, Service Level and customer profitability

• Manage and monitor perfect store tool in Jordan for Set Category and Lead the Execution
• Lead analysis on EPOS data across account and provide plans to overcome issue and tap into opportunities in store

Requirements

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience in one of the following areas:
• Working on in-store and off-shelves Marketing or Trade Marketing
• Creative agency backgrounds working with FMCG clients
• Very good planning skills
