As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
• Understand client needs and objectives to inform the design of customized learning solutions.
• Develop innovative and effective learning strategies, methodologies, and materials tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences.
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods to enhance learning outcomes.
• Conduct needs assessments, gap analyses, and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning solutions.
• Prepare detailed proposals and presentations that articulate the value proposition and competitive advantage of our learning solutions.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning solutions and processes through feedback and innovative ideas.
• Maintain documentation and records related to project deliverables, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or Professional Qualification in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, L&D, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering learning solutions, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in copywriting, design, and formatting is required.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in learning and development.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving client needs and project requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic are a must
