You will be the assistant and the closest partner of the Chef, the main manager inside the kitchen to be able to replace him during his leaves.
As an excellent cook, you know perfectly all the stations and the philosophy of the Executive Chef.
In tight relation with the management, you will elaborate the culinary offer and participate in all the responsibilities of your Chef.
During outside duties of the Chef you will handle the organization, the service of the restaurant, managing purchases, stock control, constant quality of products, daily and weekly reports of incidents, inventories, costs and filling technical sheets and reports.
Your position needs flexibility to follow all the duties of the kitchen staff and to improve your skill as a future Head Chef.
You are a confirmed and talented cook, motivated to improve daily your work in team.
Organized and good manager, you have a kitchen school formation, strict attitude on safety and cleanliness.
Curious and passionate you will be involved in new menus and looking for new products.
Demonstrate an experience at least of two years as Sous Chef in relevant establishments.
You are fluent in English and French with computer’s knowledge.
A first experience abroad is a plus.
