Project Controls Manager - Airport Construction

Job description / Role

• Required to join an international contractor working on the construction of an airport in Libya. Scope of work includes earthworks, runways, infrastructure and buildings.
• Responsibilities include developing the resource-loaded schedule and progress of work, monitoring cost performance and cost control activities, preparing the contractual reports, managing the contract scope including claims, variation orders and contract / sub-contract administration.
• Due to location applicants should be under the age of 60 and be prepared to mobilise single status.

Requirements

• A degree in Engineering
• 15 + years experience in Project Controls roles
• In depth knowledge in construction planning/scheduling, cost control, estimating, risk management and contracts management.
• Knowledge of Primavera (P3 or P6)
• Experience working on airport projects is desirable
