Project Controls Manager - Airport Construction

My client a leading tier 1 international contractor has an urgent opening for a Project Controls Manager on the expansion of an international airport in Libya. The post has been designated for single status only and camp accommodation will be provided.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

* Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline.
* Over 15 - 20 years years intensive experience on large infrastructure projects,
* At least 5 years experience in project controls on large airport projects.
* Excellent communication and client facing skills.
* Familiar with modern construction codes for large international airports.
* Very commercial and contractually aware to ensure delivery of project in budget.
* Must be expert level on Primavera, MS Project and other project controls packages.
* Must have very high standards in Health, Safety and Quality.
