Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are currently working with a leading multinational construction organisation as they require a Project Controls Manager to oversee the delivery of a 220m Euro commercial project in Luxembourg City on a 3 year contract.

Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for the planning & programming and document control systems of the Project
- The Project Control System Manager is responsible to coordinate the Project control activities and to ensure the compliance with the objectives such as deadlines/milestones set out for the Project (client and subcontractors)
- Develop other specialist schedules not limited to, design, procurement, construction and commissioning

Salary:
EUR 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Healthcare, accommodation and travel

Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil or construction engineering/architecture or related field
- 15 years professional experience in building construction projects,
- 10 years of professional experience as Project Control System Manager in large Building Construction
- Fluent in English and French, Italian is an asset
- Expert knowledge of Primavera software
