Senior Proposal Manager

A new created role of Senior Proposal Manager based in Macedonia leading and overseeing proposal activities as well as guiding the proposal team by managing proposal schedules and deadlines and monitoring the progress of the proposal.

Requirements

Responsibilities will include:

• managing and directing the proposal team
• preparing the proposal team strategic plan
• aligning proposal team strategies to the corporate plan
• analyzing RFP’s, allocating resources accordingly
• ensure proposals meet requirements with compelling submissions
• conducting regular progress meetings
• oversee writing, editing, and rewriting efforts to achieve a persuasive, customer-focused, proposal
