Bilingual Project Director is sought for a Major Project in a remote & challenging location. Are you a Project Director with a clear track record of Civil Engineering Major Projects such as Highways, Bridges , Tunnels & Energy Projects. DESCRIPTION

Project Director with a clear track record of Civil Engineering Major Projects such as Highways, Bridges , Tunnels & Energy Projects. Have you worked for Tier 1 International / European Main Contractors that NSR Associates are aware of ? We need this business leader to have delivered Major Projects so they get the full support & respect of the client , project managers and team.

This person will report into the Board and have direct responsibility for a team of 60-85 Permanent Staff handling a €290 Million Project. The challenging aspects within the project come from the volume of concrete, design interfaces and remote nature of the work.

You will have full Profit & Loss experience on a project. Capable to client face, manage external consultants and designers whilst driving your team to the finish line. This role needs a collaborative approach and soft skills to win over and influence stakeholders.

Salary:
EUR 11,600 to 13,333 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The right candidate will match the follow criteria :

• 15-20 Years Post Graduate Experience
• Degree Civil Engineering
• Fluent in English & French
• Chartered Status
• Clear Track record on Major Civil Engineering Projects worth €100 Million +
• Exceptional communication skills which will be demonstrated through the recruitment process with NSR Associates
• Clear experience at this level for a Tier 1 International Civil Engineering Contractor
• Prior Africa & Asia Experience Desired
• Contractually strong & experience of managing FIDIC contracts
• Candidates must have a clear track record at the level we are after for reputable Tier 1’s.
• French speaking is essential as is English.
