Commercial Manager

Job description / Role

The Company:

Tier 1 International main contractor operating across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and North America. Responsible for successfully delivering iconic building and infrastructure projects across the World.

Position and Project:

• Following the award of a major project, we are actively looking for an accomplished Commercial Manager to become involved on a major data center construction project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• Reporting to the Project Director you will lead the commercial, contracts and procurement team on the project.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma qualified in relevant discipline (Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering etc.).
• Experience working for Tier 1 main contractors as a Commercial Manager on large projects.
• Data Centre construction experience is advantageous.
• Previous experience working in the APAC region or internationally would be an advantage, although this is not a pre-requisite.
