Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing construction company with offices in Dubai and Malaysia, specializing in delivering high-value projects across various sectors.

As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join their team.

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in managing large-scale projects within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have between 10-15 years of experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects up to the value of £20 million. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status, milestones, and any issues or concerns.
• Oversee resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and quality control measures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within a large tier 1 contractor, preferably with exposure to projects of £20 million value or higher.
• Degree educated (Desirable)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, techniques, and tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
