Key Skills and Experience:

Strategic Project Leadership:
- Demonstrate comprehensive experience in providing strategic leadership to projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering exceptional results.

Island Resort Development Proficiency:
- Showcase a specialised skill set in managing the complexities of island resort development, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities presented by these distinctive environments.

Cross-Functional Expertise:
- Leverage a strong cross-functional background, particularly at the intersection of design, construction, and operational implementation, to facilitate seamless collaboration across diverse project aspects.

Extensive Project Management Experience:
- Boast over 8 years of hands-on experience in project management, with a focus on luxury resort developments.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Client Relationship Management:
- Highlight your proficiency in managing relationships with hotel operators as a client or serving as a client representative, emphasising your commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Full Project Life Cycle Oversight:
- Showcase a successful history of overseeing projects through the entire life cycle, including meticulous attention to the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in senior project management roles, with a focus on luxury resort developments.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills to guide and inspire project teams to achieve excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, ensuring effective decision-making throughout the project life cycle.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
