Position Title: Captain Waiter/Waitress
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 1.5K EUR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus uniform

Job Description:
- Be the lead waiter on serving for VIPs, acting as the captain accordingly
- Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints and queries satisfactorily
- Ensure the restaurant is set-up for service and supervise for a smooth operation
- Direct the service team to ensure that all duties are performed as per standards
- Ensure that all new joiners for Waiter /Server position are trained well and have received adequate training grade to perform their duties independently
Requirements
- Open to Filipino, Nepali, and CIS Nationals
- 40 years old and below
- At least 3 years of work experience in the same role
- Must have proven experience in handling F&B service team
