About the Client:
A luxury group of 5 Star Hotels, based in Malta Europe, beside Italy, renowned as a summer destination for tourists because of its serene ambiance, premium customer service, and elegant amenities
Job Role:
• Responsible for the directing, training, supervising, planning and coordinating of all areas within the kitchen as requested by the Executive Chef. Your role is to ensure a quality product for our guests and secure profit margins and will include key responsibilities such as:
• Ensure consistency and highest quality in the taste, presentation and appropriate food temperature for food served in your respective kitchen area
• Ensure the quality and cleanliness of all food displays as per the SOPs
• Ensure maximum creativity in all food displays
• Monitor all aspects pertaining to the control of the hotel’s food cost
Requirements
Position Title: Demi Chef De Partie
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 1,365 EUR all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualification
Job Location: Malta, next to Italy Europe
Requirements:
• Open to Filipino, Indian, and Nepali nationals
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role in a similar industry
• UAE residency visa valid for the past 8 months continuously from 1 employer only
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months
• No planned vacation in the next 6 months
